Knife Sharpening

Free USPS return shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. Insurance if requested at additional charge.

All knives are inspected upon reciept for broken tips, bolster in need of repair, chips in blade which are quoted at additional repair fee.

Knives will be professsionaly sharpened and leather honed to a razor sharp edge.

Knives will be fitted with protective sleeve for retun shipping and should be stored in protected sleeve to protect edges not unless you have wooden block for storage. Save protective sleeves for future shipping of knives.

Knives should be washed carefully by hand upon reciept as some polishing residue may be present. And NEVER in dishwaher as dishwashing detergent is highly abrasive dulling your newley sharpened knives and damaging wooden handles.  All cutting should be done on wooden or plastic cutting boards to protect and extend life of sharpening, NEVER on glass or countertop.

Kitchen Type Knives   $.75 per blade inch with a $3.00 min. per knife charge.

Serrated Bread Knives  $1.00 per blade inch

Folding Hunting Knives       $5.00 per blade

Straight Blade Hunting Knives  $6.00 per blade

K bar and other exotic steel Knives per quote.

Pocket Knives     $3.00 per first blade $2.00 per add. blade

ADDITIONAL PRICE CHARGES

Repair Broken Tip                $1.50 per blade

Reduce Bolster                     $1.50 per blade

Knives in bad condition,

Reestablish new edge          $2.00 per blade

Suggested to ship knives USPS Flate Rate box least expensive shipping option and boxes are free at U.S Post Office. Purchase Insurance if needed.
